Independent furniture retailer Aldiss is preparing for a celebrity visit this week at its stores in Norfolk.

Jay Blades, presenter of BBC’s Repair Shop, will be visiting both stores in Fakenham and Norwich on Tuesday 13 June to promote his recent collaboration with furniture manufacture G Plan.

Tomorrow, Jay will visit the Fakenham store from 12.30 until 2.30pm and then onto Aldiss Norwich from 4pm to 6pm.

The new range features a collection of sofas and armchairs, which have been handcrafted in the UK. “The Jay Blades x G Plan collection offers a new perspective on timeless design, celebrating craftsmanship and the unexpected details that make a piece of furniture truly unique,” the retailer said.

“The collection includes distinctive sofa and accent designs that blend our years of furniture expertise with Jay’s signature creativity and flair to create furniture packed with personality and a sense of fun, designed with real life in mind.”
