Value retailer Home Bargains is set to open a new flagship store in Warrington after securing planning permission.

Situated at the JunctionNINE Retail Park, the Derwent Group, acting on behalf of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation, has seen its planning proposal for a new Home Bargains unit approved.

The space will be Home Bargains’ new flagship store, occupying a footprint of 35,500sqft and will add to existing retailers at the 200,000sqft retail park, including Dunelm, Wren Kitchens and Dreams.

The group has appointed Faircloth Construction as the principal contractor and anticipate that completion of the scheme will take place by spring 2024.
