Furniture manufacturer The Senator Group recently partnered with The Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show to put on a VIP fun day experience for its staff.
Over 1,400 Senator employees and their families were invited to its annual Family Fun Day, which included a DJ set from celebrity DJ Scott Mills.
Partnering with The Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show, Senator employees were given a VIP experience, with an exclusive hospitality area and priority entrance. The children were given free access to the show’s fairground rides, along with free ice cream, hot dogs, candy floss and waffles.
For the adults there was an unlimited free bar and pulled pork sandwiches, with catering by Mytton Fold Hotel, its sister company.
After the Show had closed to the public, the over 18s returned for an office party with a difference – with celebrity DJ Scott Mills on the decks. Once again, a free bar flowed through the night, served by its company directors.
Guests were entertained with fire artists, glitter ball dancers, and a 9ft neon robot took centre stage on the dance floor. Mytton Fold Hotel carried on the exclusive catering, serving a Katsu curry.
Colin Mustoe MBE, chairman of both The Senator Group and The Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show share a chairman – Colin Mustoe MBE, who founded the company back in 1976, said: “We see our people as our greatest asset, and we put a high value on rewarding them. Since the Pandemic, we have a new appreciation for being able to socialise together with our families.
“The Royal Lancashire Show is a spectacular event, with something for everybody. The perfect location for our annual Family Fun Day!”
