According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023, total sales rose 45.3% to £40.4m from £27.8m in 2022.
Pre-tax profit resulted at £7,473, down from £207,000 recorded in the previous year.
Stated within its report, Giomani Designs, which also trades as online beds retailer Beds.co.uk, online homewares retailer Cox + Cox and garden furniture retailer Moda Furnishings, said: “The company has acquired two new businesses and further expanded its online presence.
“With these acquisitions, the company has not only strengthened its considerable presence in the UK online retail sector, but also diversified its product offerings within the furniture space.
“Furthermore, through the establishment of new offline stores and the acquisition of additional brands this year, the company has notably strengthened its brand presence.
“The integration of the acquired businesses incurred significant costs, which are expected to decrease in the near future, accompanied by considerable and positive growth.”
