Shopping centre Manchester Arndale has signed up boxed mattress brand Emma Sleep to occupy a retail space.

Emma Sleep has signed a 5-year lease for a 1,789sqft unit in the centre, joining other new addition, Korean beauty store PURESEOUL, which has taken a 1,662sqft space on a 10-year term.

This will be Emma’s first UK store outside of London following its showroom opening in Stratford.

Scott Linard, Portfolio Manager for M&G Real Estate, said: “It is great to see two more fast-growing brands select Manchester Arndale as their first locations outside London.”

Steve Gray, Head of European Retail Asset Management at Global Mutual, added: “Emma Sleep and PURESEOUL are two exciting brands which we are delighted to welcome to Manchester Arndale.”
