Furniture retailer Sofa Club has shattered records with its Black Friday 2024 campaign, delivering an unprecedented sales increase of +84% compared to 2023, and surpassing its previous record day.
This year, Sofa Club introduced a new strategy by launching its Black Friday offers early, beginning on 15th November, two weeks ahead of the official Black Friday date.
In contrast, the 2023 campaign debuted on the day itself. The extended timeline allowed customers more flexibility to explore Sofa Club’s offerings, resulting in immediate and explosive demand, including a sofa sold every 30 seconds within the first hour of launch and 1 in 4 customers receiving their orders within 48 hours, due to Sofa Club’s streamlined logistics and customer-centric delivery options.
The early launch also facilitated greater transparency with customers, offering them ample time to visit local showrooms and lounges or request free fabric swatches to ensure their purchases perfectly matched their home.
