The group behind six-store flooring retail chain, Frank’s The Flooring Stores, and Maguires Country Parks, has reported a growth in sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, total sales rose 3.5% to £20.2m from £19.5m in 2023.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £4.4m, down from £7.1m recorded in the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said: “FY24 has seen a modest growth in revenue, with cost increases outstripping revenue. Interest charge has seen a significant year on year increase.

“The directors are pleased with the trading results and anticipate another successful year despite the ongoing economic and political uncertainty.”
