Furniture business prepares for temporary store closure ahead of refurb

Furniture and interiors business Fab has announced plans to refurbish its Preston store.

Situated on Strand Road, Fab, the retail arm of SHH Interiors, has launched a closing down sales with over £1m worth of stock to sell ahead of the temporary closure.

Fab will continue to trade at its other sites in Blackpool, Bowness and Kendal as normal as well through its website while the refurbishment works take place.

An official reopening date has not been announced yet.

Scott Jones, co-owner of Fab Home Interiors said: “The temporary closure is to allow for an exciting refurbishment that will transform our location into the North West’s most inspiring and cutting-edge furniture and home accessories superstore.

“The refurbishment marks a bold new chapter for us here at Fab Home Interiors, as we reinvest into our Preston Store to deliver an elevated shopping experience like never before.

“To make way for the renovation, we are launching a huge stock clearance event with over £1 million worth of inventory up for grabs. Everything must go – from luxurious sofas and stylish dining sets to unique home accessories and décor.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for our customers to enjoy unbeatable savings on our entire range, we’re clearing the decks to make room for a stunning new space that we believe will set a new benchmark for home retail in the North West.
