The guarantee is available on the structural framework of furniture — from sofas, armchairs and footstools, to dining tables, wardrobes and sideboards — covering key components such as frames, joints, hinges and handles.

Offering customers long-term peace of mind and confidence in their purchase, the policy replaces the brand’s previous Sofa Frame Guarantee with a more comprehensive, whole-home commitment.
