Carpet retailer Carpetright has announced the launch of its new wellbeing playbook for its colleagues.

The new guide has been designed to offer wellbeing support and features 16 of its Wellbeing Champions, who work in a range of roles within its Store Support Office and regions across the UK.

Commenting on the guide, Carpetright said: “We’re proud to launch a wellbeing playbook for our colleagues to provide support and guidance when it’s needed most.

“After undergoing training and with the support of Oakwood Training, our champions can provide a safe space to talk about mental health, offer compassion and confidentiality as well as practical signposting and guidance to share their own experiences.”
