Made to measure blinds and shutters supplier Modern Blinds has expanded its operations at Goldthorpe Industrial Estate in Rotherham.

Modern Blinds, which was founded in 2015 by Lukasz Niewiadomski, moved into Unit 9A on the 35,624sq ft Goldthorpe Industrial Estate in 2020.

Due to popular demand the business has now expanded and taken an additional unit on the estate, more than doubling their floor area in the process.

Modern Blinds Limited specialise in providing comprehensive and modern solutions as well as decorative items, made to measure blinds and shutters.

Lukasz Niewiadomski, of Modern Blinds Ltd, commented: “In 2015 I started Blinds4you – the most innovative blinds solution for your windows. With growing interest and dynamic development Modern Blinds Limited was created. Since then, the results have exceeded my wildest expectations resulting in the need for bigger premises.

“The additional unit at Goldthorpe will allow us to carry out more orders, more effectively and shorten the manufacturing time and costs. All of our blinds are available in a wide range of colours of fabric and profiles, and we also produce roof blinds, mosquito nets, anti-burglary shutter blinds and garden awnings.”
