Sofa and carpet retailer ScS has announced the opening of its latest Concept Store in Scotland.

Situated at Birkenshaw Trading Estate on Rannoch Rd in Uddingston, Glasgow, the new store features a refreshed look, designed to support an omnichannel experience for its customers.

Commenting on the opening, which took place on 3 September 2022, ScS said: “It’s been all systems go and a lot of hard work but we’re so proud of all our colleagues and how everyone’s pulled together to get our showroom ready for opening. Getting a showroom turned around and ready for opening is no mean feat, lots of work goes on behind the scenes to make this happen.

“In preparation, our fantastic Learning and Development team have been delivering a new training programme with our Uddingston team, focussing on values and behaviours, understanding our customers and themselves as colleagues, and familiarising themselves with the new technology and our fabulous new product range.

“The training also highlights the impact and influence that each team member has on the overall team’s journey towards creating exceptional customer experiences that drive outstanding performance.”

The new concept store opening follows its other recent launch in Gateshead at the Metro Retail Park.
