An affiliate company of furnishings group Giomani Designs has acquired bathroom retailer Victoria Plum in a pre-pack deal.

According to reports, AHK Designs has secured an undisclosed deal to acquire Victoria Plum from investment firm Endless, which has owned the brand since 2019.

It is understood that the deal has saved around 300 jobs.

Victoria Plum is understood to have been impacted by the inflation in global freight costs and pressure on consumer spending.

AHK Designs is an affiliate company to Giomani Designs, which owns online beds retailer Beds.co.uk, online homewares retailer Cox + Cox and more recently garden furniture retailer Moda Furnishings following its administration (see related).
