Supplier of decorative faced sheet materials, panel components and flat pack furniture, Decorative Panels Group, has reported consistent sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, total sales were on par with the prior year at £114.6m, compared to £114.8m in 2023.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £3.6m, down from £5.8m recorded the previous year.

Within its divisions, sales of wood based panel components remained static at £40.7m, while revenues of decorative faced wood furniture increased 8.6% from £37.7m to £34.7m. Sales of decorative faced sheet materials fell 8.1% to £36.1m from £39.3m.

Stated within its report, the company said: “The business continues to review areas where increased efficiency can be achieved. Despite the economy still being challenging the directors believe the business has again performed solidly.”
