Danish homewares retailer Søstrene Grene has confirmed the opening date of its new store in Kent.

Situated at Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre in Maidstone, the new store will officially open on Friday 29 August 2025.

The new store, which was formerly a Laura Ashley unit, features a variety of Scandinavian-inspired designs, including furniture, lifestyle products and accessories.

To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers through the doors will receive a voucher for a rug, worth over £60. Additionally, the first customers will be given a canvas tote bag filled with Søstrene Grene products.

Søstrene Grene now has 350 stores globally, and over 50 locations across the UK, with the new store opening following its recent launch at Jubilee Place Mall in Canary Wharf, London.
