Export growth not enough to offset sales decline at garden furniture supplier

Norfolk Leisure Lifestyle, a supplier of garden furniture and accessories to garden centres and online retailers across the UK, has reported a decline in turnover and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 November 2024, total sales fell 11.7% to £18m from £20.4m in 2023.

UK sales were down from £19.3m to £14.7m, while EU revenues rose 229% to £3.3m from £1m.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £160,000, down from £1.9m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said Adjusted EBITDA was £560,000 compared to £2.5m in 2023.
