Fabb prepares for Coventry opening; celebrates Watford milestone

Furniture retailer Fabb Furniture has announced a special guest to open its new store in Coventry this week.

The city’s best-known dragon, Scorch, will officially open Fabb Furniture’s newest store on Alvis Retail Park at 10am this Friday.

The Coventry Blaze mascot will cut the official ribbon, marking the start of a new and exciting partnership between Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team and Fabb Furniture.

The opening celebrations will continue throughout the bank holiday weekend, offering customers welcome drinks, nibbles – and the chance to win their order for free.

For a 10-day period running from 7-16th April inclusive, customers ordering in the new Fabb Coventry store will have their names put into a hat and one lucky individual will be picked at random. The winner will receive their entire furniture order for free.

“Our customers get the opportunity to buy high quality, designer furniture at prices that are simply unmatched throughout the industry,” explains Richard Buxton, Fabb Coventry Store Manager.

“We handmake many of our sofas and mattresses in our UK workshops which allows us to offer great choice whilst keeping the price tags low. Also, with our free lifetime guarantees, quick delivery on many items and highly knowledgeable team of advisors, we can help and support our customers in creating their dream home, adds Richard.

In other Fabb store news, the retailer is celebrating the one year anniversary of its Watford shop on Colne Valley Retail Park.

“We are inviting everyone – visitors and customers past and present – to come and join us in store to help celebrate our birthday,” explains Colyn Wolff, Fabb Watford Store Manager.

“As part of the festivities, all customers that place an order in the Watford store during 7-16th April will go into a draw and get the chance to win their entire order for free.”

Fabb Watford is one of the larger stores in the Fabb Furniture estate, boasting a 10,745 square feet retail space.
