Kitchens, bedrooms and components supplier BA has reported a growth in sales as turnover climbed towards £40m.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022, total sales rose 24.4% to £37.2m from £29.9m in 2021.
Gross profit increased from £7.2m to £10.4m, while pre-tax profit resulted at £1.8m, down from £2.8m recorded the previous year.
Stated within its report, the company said the year saw continued successful implementation of its strategy with substantial progress made in new product development, investment in machinery and staff, and the move into complete kitchens.
“Despite an uncertain economic environment, early results for the year to March 2023 are very satisfactory,” the business added.
