National flooring retailer Flooring Superstore has announced the opening of its debut store in Kent.

Situated on Mace Lane in Ashford, the new store is its 43rd in the UK and officially opened at the end of July.

The 3,580sqft store, which has created three jobs in the area, offers a wide range of flooring such as carpets, vinyl, laminate, real wood, luxury vinyl tiles, ceramic tiles and artificial grass.

The business has invested £150,000 into the site and is “delighted to have been able to open our first store in Kent”.

“The location so close to the town centre makes it ideal for people who shop on the High Street but with good road links and parking, it will also attract those from further afield, so it ticks all the right boxes for us,” the retailer said.
