Furniture repairs and insurance specialist Emmiera Group has delivered another strong year, even in the face of a slight dip in sales and profit.

For the year ending 31 March 2024, the Group’s total sales reached £17.5m, a small decrease of 3.8% from £18.2m in 2023. Pre-tax profit came in at £1.5m, down slightly from £1.9m the previous year.

In its latest report, the company stated: “While turnover was slightly behind a record-breaking prior year, it remained in line with our management expectations.

“Despite challenges from ongoing inflationary pressures, our focus on operational efficiency and quality led to an increase in gross profit.

“Looking ahead, 2024 has started ahead of our expected targets, and our continued emphasis on quality and system efficiency will further enhance the industry-leading service levels we provide to our clients.”
