Wholesalers of flatpack self-assembled furniture Timber Art Design is looking to grow its UK presence, specifically targeting the independent sector.

Timber Art Design UK was established in 2018 as a wholesaler of self-assembly furniture and is the UK office of the furniture manufacturer Timber Art Design in Muar, located in the south of Malaysia, which has been manufacturing for 20 plus years globally.

In the UK, the company is based in North Wales and specialises in products for the bedroom and living room, including wardrobes, chests of drawers, storage cabinets, sideboards, TV cabinets, shoe storage solutions and desks.

Timber Art Design UK said: “We launched three years ago although we have been in the furniture wholesale industry for over 15 years, so we know the market very well and well versed into trends and customer requirements.

“We not only manufacture our products from our two factories in Johor, the entire process of conception, design, prototype, final design certification, production and wholesale, is overseen by just us, including drop shipping services. This ensures an accurate and efficient service to the customer.

“We also provide OEM and bespoke services too so we can meet exactly what the customer wants if they have any particular designs.

“We are set up to do flat packed furniture targeted for the online industry and are already supplying some big groups. We want to continue to add to our portfolio and expand even further, and we’re ready to do this now backed by a fully stocked warehouse.”
