Home improvement retailer Homebase has confirmed plans to close its store in Cambridge.

Situated on Cambridge Retail Park, the retailer has revealed that it will close on 13 September 2024.

Homebase is now running a closing down sale at the location and said it is “working closely” with affected staff to support them whether that’s through “opportunities within Homebase or elsewhere”.

Homebase currently trades from 144 stores in the UK as well as eight in Ireland.
