Republic of Ireland furniture wholesaler Image Furnishings has revealed its latest sustainability upgrade with its packaging.

The business confirmed it will now be using FSC-certified carton boxes for its packaging, which ensures all of the materials used are sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Part of its eco-packaging initiative, the move will become a production standard for its packaging from the 1st of August onwards.

Commenting on the initiative, Image Furnishings said: “We are proud to be the first in the Irish furniture industry to implement this packaging standard as part of our plans to work towards a more sustainable future.”
