Furniture retailer Loaf has earmarked a site in West London as a potential new store location after submitting a planning application.
The retailer has proposed to modify to the shopfront at 147 Chiswick High Road, install new signage, and include the addition of illuminated displays, as depicted in accompanying computer visualisations submitted with the planning documents.
The plans were submitted to Hounslow Council on 15 January 2024, which is currently being reviewed.
Loaf said that the site remains under consideration and is “one of many” it has “recently been looking at for a new location”.
If approved, and Loaf moves forward with the plans, the potential new store will add to its other London locations in Battersea, Spitalfields and Notting Hill, as well as other UK stores in Wilmslow, Bristol, Guildford, Solihull, St Albans, Redbrick near Leeds and Edinburgh.
