A new flooring business has been launched by a former Carpetright employee after being made redundant.
CG Flooring is based on Tyock Industrial Estate in Elgin and has been set up by Greig Dawson and Conor Macleod.
Conor was previously the manager of the Carpetright Elgin store ahead of the company being placed into administration.
Following the launch of the new store, Conor said the business is booked up for the first few weeks and aims to employ other staff that were impacted by the Carpetright Elgin store closure.
