Office furniture manufacturer Mobili Office has reported a decline in sales as profit increased.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, total sales fell 14% to £12.4m from £14.4m in 2022.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1.8m, up from £1.1m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said: “As for many businesses of our size, the business environment in which we operate continues to be challenging. The company has traded satisfactorily during the year under review, despite these challenging conditions.”
