Office furniture wholesaler TC Group has reported a growth in sales as turnover surpassed £40m.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 April 2023, total sales rose 12.8% to £43m from £38.1m in 2022.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1.6m, consistent with that of the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said performance was in line with expectations and maintained the significant improvement in results following its recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic impact.

Looking ahead, the business added that demand has decreased in the market. “We are expecting challenging market conditions during 2024 linked to the wider economic environment.”
