The group behind six-store flooring retail chain, Frank’s The Flooring Stores, and Maguires Country Parks, has reported a growth in sales and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, total sales rose 5.4% to £19.5m from £18.5m in 2022.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £7.1m, up from £6m recorded in the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said: “FY23 has been a solid year of consolidation for the business following the Covid-19 related unprecedented demand and disruption across both the retail homeware and leisure sectors in the prior year.

“The directors are please with the trading results and anticipate another successful year despite the ongoing economic and political uncertainty.”
