British Furniture Association (BFA) welcomes Prima Tooling as the latest headline sponsor of its pioneering component trade show which returns next month.
With a packed agenda of seminars and talks, along with a bustling exhibition hall and additional attractions, the Furniture Component Expo 2025, is building on the success of the inaugural event held last year.
Offering a one-stop-shop format with opportunities for delegates to explore products, gain industry insights and more, delegates heading to Telford will once again be able to browse ranges and talk to suppliers as well as network and collaborate with colleagues.
Mark Cattle, Director at Prima Tooling said: “We are delighted to become a headline sponsor of this event. We are so passionate about our woodworking tools and the furniture industry.
“This is a great collaboration for all involved and we are looking forward to the future and where this takes us.”

Fellow Director, Paul Wiggins, added: “Since starting with Prima Tooling over 40 years ago, we’ve grown, and our tooling is now utilised in many different arenas.
“However, our core business will always be in the furniture industry, with our tooling machining wood and wood materials.”
Debra Cattle, Business Manager said: “We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to showcase this and British manufacturing in any way we can – hence why we were keen to get involved.”
The event also offers a range of interesting industry discussions in the seminar theatre with sessions including ESG, Intellectual Property, Technology, EU Policy and Regulations and health guidance all confirmed, as well as the ‘Sit On This!’ podcast, hosted by Vicky Grubb and Ray Clarke.
BFA MD Phil Spademan said: “We are delighted to welcome Prima Tooling as a headline sponsor of the Furniture Component Expo 2025.
“The event is made possible through the support of our sponsors Prima Tooling, Vita Group and BeA Group, along with registration sponsor Carpenter Limited, and we are grateful that they recognise the value this event brings to the sector as the first show of its kind in the UK.
“By bringing specific focus to the supply side of the furniture industry, FCE2025 is designed to meet the needs of large and small makers of furniture including beds, mattresses, cabinet and upholstery.”
All aspects of the furniture supply chain are welcome, including fabric suppliers, large or small machinery, kitchen and cabinet component manufacturers.
There are also some limited new sponsorship opportunities for companies to elevate their brand visibility alongside seminar slots to engage directly with a buying audience.
The BFA’s Furniture Component Expo 25 takes place at Telford Internation Centre on March 19 and 20.
