ROCCIA showcases latest industry innovations for tools and tiles

ROCCIA’s flagship Trade Event, held at its Preston showroom last week, pulled a record-breaking attendance for the third consecutive year and reaffirmed its place as one of the most important dates in the UK’s KBB and tiling trade calendar.

More than just a supplier showcase, the event gave trade professionals from across the UK hands-on access to the tools, systems, and technologies that are actively shaping the future of the tiling, kitchen, and installation industries.

From live demos to real-time training, attendees had the opportunity to explore practical solutions to the challenges they face daily – whether on-site, in client homes, or in high-spec builds.

Standout launches included the RUBI DC-250 Smart Advance – an automated electric saw offering precision cutting for professional tilers – and PCS’s new dual-system fixings paired with its versatile Vipatek sealant.

ROCCIA’s team, alongside top suppliers including Kelmore, First Trace, Snug, RUBI, PCS, and Dural, delivered insight-rich product showcases throughout the day, fuelling what many described as the most forward-thinking trade event of the year.

Adding to the energy was the high-octane arrival of the KELMORE-BILE – a Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 rally car driven by Kelmore MD Mark Kelly – which proved a major draw for visitors and even prompted a visit from the Lancashire Fire Department. The event continued ROCCIA’s tradition of headline appearances, following 2024’s guest spot from former WBC World Champion Tony Bellew.

More than £1,000 was also raised for a local charity – the Rosemere Cancer Foundation – through the sale of charity buckets filled with tools and treats, underscoring ROCCIA’s ongoing commitment to its community.

Jonathan Stopforth, Trade Manager at ROCCIA, commented: “The 2025 Trade Event hit harder than ever. From the buzz on the showroom floor to the depth of supplier engagement, it’s clear that this event isn’t just growing – it’s evolving.

“The live demonstrations, expert advice and hands-on opportunities offered throughout the day truly reflect our commitment to supporting the trade community all year round. The addition of the Kelmore rally car brought a real buzz to the event, and it was great to see everyone getting involved in the activities.

“We’re proud to be helping the trade stay one step ahead, and even prouder to have done it while supporting a brilliant local charity.”
