SAZY appoints AIT Worldwide Logistics company Panther

A three-way partnership between Trophi, a third-party logistics and fulfilment company, AIT Worldwide Logistics company Panther Logistics and premium furniture brand SAZY is paying significant dividends in improving operational efficiency and whilst delivering a best-in-class service.

The relationship will see Panther managing Trophi’s final mile two-person delivery requirements. Trophi is the logistics provider for SAZY – a furniture retailer focused on high-quality, thoughtfully designed, and responsibly crafted pieces, offering a range of furniture and home decor.

Established in 2021 the storage and fulfilment company prides itself on ensuring customer satisfaction by not only helping businesses exceed their own customer’s expectations when it comes to choice of delivery partner.  Trophi has enjoyed continued growth and now three years on the company plans to introduce further online retailers to its portfolio.

A key Trophi client, SAZY is now benefitting from Panther’s market leading range of services including delivery to room of choice, removal of packaging, two-hour delivery slot together with assembly and recycling services – all designed to provide a customer-centric best in class final mile delivery solution.

The AIT Worldwide Logistics company collects daily from Trophi’s Basildon warehouse on a day one for day three delivery basis.  Customers also have the option to nominate their day of delivery to meet their individual requirements, in turn providing total flexibility.

Never a business to stand still, SAZY has also introduced a couple of products to the range which are made in the UK and they are now looking at the possibility of Panther collecting direct from the manufacturer for delivery to the end customer.

Adolfas Kupliauskas is both Operations Director of Trophi and Operations and Customer Care Director at SAZY.  He said: “As a business we seek to provide online retailers with access to scalable services that drive growth and bring online retailers closer to their customers. It is therefore crucial for us to have a reliable carrier which understands the industry and covers the whole of the UK so we can meet the requirements our customers.

“By having a dual role, I have total visibility on how Panther is performing both from an operational point of view as well as from the customer’s point of view and am acutely aware of how critical it is that we work with a partner we can trust to onboard and retain the customer.

“Since bringing Panther on board we have enjoyed high levels of service.  Customer feedback has also been positive.  Moving forward we see Panther as playing a pivotal role in our growth trajectory and we plan to extend Panther’s services to other clients. “We are excited to continue to develop our relationship with them as we continue to grow our customer portfolio.”
