Upholstered furniture retailer ScS has revealed that consumers are turning their attention sofa shopping over Easter.
As part of One Pulse survey conducted by ScS, which included 500 people across the UK, the retailer asked them whether they are considering buying a sofa during the Easter sales.
The results revealed that over two-fifths (41%) are considering making a sofa purchase in the Easter sales this year, while half of those surveyed have previously taken advantage of big ticket discounts, and have bought a sofa that has been part of the sales.
Following the research, ScS has released their top tips to help consumers ensure they make the right choice in the Easter sales through its Sofa Buying Guide.
“With so many deals and discounts available both online and in stores at this time of year, it can be easy to get overwhelmed and choose a sofa based on the biggest savings, and not what is actually practical or in-keeping with a home’s decor and aesthetic,” ScS said.
“For those Brits planning on making a sofa purchase this year, and those bargain-hunters that love to bag the biggest discount, we have released our top tips to help consumers ensure they make the right choice in the Easter sales, and make savings on their perfect sofa, rather than an impulse buy.”
