One of the UK’s biggest hotel companies, Premier Inn, has appointed mattress maker Silentnight as its official bed supplier as it invests in its most technologically-advanced bed yet to the benefit of guest experience.

The new partnership represents a significant financial investment for Premier Inn and will see tens of thousands of new and exclusive enhanced-specification beds roll out in hotels across the UK, Ireland Germany and the UAE from October.

Comfort, sustainability and durability are at the heart of the technologically-advanced upgraded new bed, which has been extensively refined, tested and validated through research undertaken from hundreds of overnight stays on trial beds over a two-year tender process.

In fact, composite bed parts are 92 per cent recyclable, while the company added that customers will also be able to buy the new bed online.

In research our guests loved them, and we can’t wait to begin rolling them out in our 800+ hotels in the UK, Ireland, Germany and the UAE from October.
