UK’s best-rated lighting brand revealed says new industry report

Lightbulbs Direct has been revealed as the UK’s best-rated lighting brand, according to Salience Search Marketing’s annual online UK lighting sector report.

The report analysed 11 crucial performance indicators, including year-on-year visibility, search volume trends, Trust Pilot reviews and brand awareness, for UK lighting brands to reveal the industry’s most successful names.

A’ score’ was calculated to determine each brand’s ranking by analysing its Trustpilot average star rating and the total number of reviews.

Lightbulbs Direct ranks as the best-rated online UK lighting brand. With a high review score of 4.8 from over 29,000 reviews, Lightbulbs Direct reflects strong customer satisfaction and trust. 

Festive Lights, known for offering a wide range of decorative lighting, specialising in festive and outdoor lights for celebrations and seasonal events, boasts an excellent review score of 4.6 from over 34,000 reviews.

Auraglow, known for its innovative and energy-efficient lighting solutions, including LED bulbs and decorative lights that enhance both functionality and ambiance, has an impressive review score of 4.8 from over 11,000 reviews, indicating a well-received service. 

TLC Direct has a commendable review score of 4.9 from over 9,000 reviews, indicating customer satisfaction for its comprehensive range of electrical supplies and lighting products, with a focus on quality and competitive pricing.

Industville sees a review score of 4.9 from over 9,000 reviews, indicating that the brand’s handcrafted, industrial-style lighting and furniture, offering vintage-inspired designs that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal is favoured. 

With a review score of 4.7 from over 11,000 reviews, Dowsing & Reynolds, renowned for its stylish and unique home decor, particularly focusing on designer lighting, hardware, and interior accessories with a contemporary edge, is commended by consumers.

The Lightbulb, known for its wide range of energy-efficient light bulbs and lighting solutions, focusing on quality and affordability, received a review score of 4.8 from over 8,000 reviews, indicating high customer satisfaction. 

LED Hut sees a 4.5 review score from 16,000 reviews, thanks to its wide selection of energy-efficient LED lighting products, catering to both residential and commercial needs.

With an impressive 4.6 review score from over 12,000 reviews, Castlegate Lights, home to a curated selection of high-quality lighting fixtures, featuring both contemporary and classic designs for various home styles, is also among the best-rated brands in the industry. 

Pagazzi lands a spot in the 10 best-rated brands within the lighting industry.  With a review score of 4.7 from over 9,000 reviews, the brand, known for providing a wide range of stylish and affordable lighting solutions and home decor items, catering to various tastes and interior designs, is appreciated by consumers.
