Floorcoverings distributor Headlam Group has committed to a long-term lease at a logistics site in Birmingham.
A joint venture urban logistics platform between clients of Delancey Real Estate and Coltham has agreed to three new lettings at its Kings Heath asset in Birmingham, bringing the development to 50% let.
Headlam Group, GAP Plastics, and McDonald’s have committed to long-term leases at the 70,000sqft Greenlight Kings Heath.
Headlam will occupy a 5,500sqft unit and follows last year’s lettings to Howdens and Screwfix.
David Owens, asset management director at Delancey, said: “Greenlight Kings Heath offers flexible industrial, warehouse, and trade counter space. Its excellent location and sustainability credentials are helping to attract a strong cohort of occupiers. We are pleased to welcome such an established group of names and we are in talks with several interested parties who are eager to occupy our remaining units.”
