Mattress retailer appoints new Customer Services Manager

Mattress and bed retailer MattressNextDay has announced the appointment of Lisa Adams as its new Customer Services Manager.

“We place huge value on the service we provide our customers, with this dedication helping us win multiple awards, including National Bed Federation’s ‘Online Bed Retailer of The Year’,” the retailer said.

“We’re keen to develop this even more, growing our team of experts and making the process of ordering from MattressNextDay as seamless as possible. Lisa will be leading this growth, and we can already tell she’s the perfect person to do so, with her brilliant ideas and contagious zest for success.”

Commenting on the appointment, Lisa added: “What an exciting time to join MND! The growth in the Customer Service Team has been incredible since I joined, tripling the number of outstanding customer service representatives we have on board.

“With a new team, my main focus over the next six months will be training and development, working with this enthusiastic bunch to shape them into industry experts. With my wealth of experience and knowledge in customer service, I’m excited to guide them through this – they’re already doing so well and we’ve received some impressive feedback and results already.

“The aim of not only myself but of my entire team is to ensure our customers receive nothing short of the best possible service from us at any and every point of their purchase.”
